We advocate longer, focused interaction with a single teacher to promote a student’s stability and learning. Our students are asked to be active listeners, reflective actors and capable problem solvers. We hold that learners who appreciate how their skills and abilities affect them and those around them deepen their understanding of their connection to the whole in this global world. We believe that students learn success through experience and that experience requires learning from mistakes. Students are motivated to achieve excellence in and out of the classroom in an ethos of continuing self-improvement and moral growth. Our aim is to offer students the academic, spiritual and ethical foundation for success in a whole and evolving world. We anticipate that to do this our students will need to be innovative problem solvers who intuitively appreciate that bridging differences will lead to productive innovation. |
